He is responsible for strategic planning and is the principal leader who plans, develops, supports, and establishes policies and goals for this growing marketing and entertainment organization. He is instrumental in the ongoing development and refinement of in-house technology, along with systems and procedures to fulfill clients needs while responding to changing industry demands.

In his 6 years at Raymond Entertainment, Andrew has been instrumental in RE’s dramatic growth, overseeing an increase from .75 million to over 3 million dollars a year in annual television production revenue.

Stum's previous experience provides insight into his ability to successfully maximize profit and growth potential in competitive business cultures. As Vice President of Castle Windows, he achieved a sales growth of more than 20% in just one year; and reduced advertising and administrative costs, while the size of the company and number of employees continued to expand, while under the supervision of Stum.
