Andrew Stum – Vice President of Production

Serving as VP of production, Andrew leads the strategic planning, media buying, fulfillment and overall logistics of securing a solid return on production dollars. Over the years Andrew has perfected his knowledge of the industry and that’s why he’s been able to develop, implement and support the right systems, processes, and goals for this growing agency. Megan Brown – Director of Marketing
At the end of 2008, Megan joined forces with Raymond Entertainment. Leaving behind nine lucrative years within the corporate world, she decided to release her creative side and discover what the direct response television industry had to offer. With her background encompassing diverse roles within Fortune 500 organizations, Megan first honed her marketing skills as the Sales and Marketing Field Training Manager at one of the top three US insurance organizations. For nearly six rewarding years she excelled through the ranks achieving the roles of Marketing Consultant, Corporate Facilitator and finally as a Marketing Consultant II. Then she accepted the role as Senior Marketing Project Leader at one of the largest global technology distribution companies in the world. There she discovered the true impact of viral marketing. Megan developed their social media practice, creating their go-to-market strategy and executing it effortlessly. Megan perfected her writing skills, managing their online newsletters and producing various corporate communications, product branding guides, marketing plans and campaigning materials.
Megan’s experience also spans across the beauty industry, excelling as a Training and Sales Manager for luxury cosmetic lines Trish McEvoy and Clinique. Which is where she was inspired to start her own venture, opening a fashion and beauty consulting company. She developed an expert eye on what women really want and need, conceptualizing her brand and excelling at it for over five years while gaining her company the astute sponsorship by world renowned cosmetic company, Smashbox. Tom Olsen – Senior Editor & Post Production Supervisor
With over 25 years of proven success within the entertainment industry, Tom is a true editing master craftsman. His expertise encompasses all formats: commercials, documentaries, television shows, music videos, and of course...long and short forms. Commencing his career cutting 35mm film at New York's commercial editing shop, First Edition, Tom was a pioneer in non-linear editing, beta testing one of the first Avid Media Composer systems. He continues to be on the leading edge with his knowledge of HD & Web content creation. His roster of clients includes Fortune 100 Companies along with many of Hollywood's A-list stars: AT&T, Coca-Cola, Proctor & Gamble, Levi's, Sony, Avia shoes, Lenny Kravitz, Edwin Collins, Lisa Stansfield, Terrence Trent Darby, and Viacom/MTV Networks where he posted over 100 hours of programming, including episodes of Behind The Music, Buzzkill, and the cult classic Sifl & Olly. RED is happy to have Tom heading into his seventh year of service as their senior editor. |

Beau Puckett – Associate Producer
As a credited actor, art director, prop master, producer and most recently a stellar talent scout, Beau brings with him over 15 years of proven experience in all aspects of the entertainment industry. Starring in five Indy movies, 30 plus stage productions, a few commercials and as an event host, he clearly knows what it takes to shine in front of the camera, and that's why RED counts on him to identify top talent. As for his "behind the scenes" experience, Beau has served as assistant art director and prop master on the credited show, Soap Talk with Lisa Rinna and Ty Treadway. He additionally performed as assistant art director for the Megan Mullally Show along with the 2006, season of the Tyra Banks Show. And with Beau entering his third year at RED, it’s clear he’s continuing to exude success. |

Rob Kowsaluk – Office Manager
Rob manages the day-to-day activities that keep Raymond Entertainment in order. And given his four years of proven success within the nonprofit arena, managing one of the country's leading fundraising organizations, Rob is clearly comfortable taking on one of RED's next challenges: being positioned as a community leader. So how did Rob transition into the entertainment industry? Through his love for the theatre; dedicating five years to theatre performances as well as set design, Rob was more than thrilled when RED presented him with his current opportunity. He is excited to bring his success and leadership to RED and gladly faces his latest challenge, positioning Raymond Entertainment as a community leader here in the entertainment capital of the world. |

Pat Cauley – Freelance Writer & Producer
Meet Raymond Entertainment’s latest addition to its marketing and creative teams, Mr. Pat Cauley. As an award-winning journalist with varied experience in marketing and advertising, Cauley is quickly becoming a key player with his extensive market research and stellar writing skills. In fact, Cauley makes sure that the team at Raymond Entertainment keeps a pulse on the industry’s hot button trends by also serving as a contributing writer for Response Magazine. His key insight has helped validate RED’s strategic marketing plans and winning campaign elements.
Prior to RED, Cauley was the e-Media editor for Electronic Retailer magazine, a business publication for multi-channel marketers. During his time with the magazine, Cauley successfully launched the Electronic Retailer's blog, serving as its online community manager. He additionally maintained two weekly e-newsletters, homepage headline news, web updates and press releases along with social media marketing for the magazine. So as you can see, Cauley is quite an asset when it comes to viral ventures. As for print publications, Cauley wrote and edited Electronic Retailer’s feature articles and industry-specific supplemental guides while also coordinating content for various sections reaching a global audience of over 126K business professionals monthly. Cauley additionally covered domestic and international marketing events; assisted with membership and advertising sales; supported company conferences with upfront planning, strategy and backend execution; and acted as the staff liaison for the Electronic Retailing Association's Internet & Emerging Media Council and Public Relations Committee. He has also held internships in public relations and marketing for the Pittsburgh Steelers, Congressman Mike Doyle and the 2004 Kerry/Edwards presidential campaign. |

Susan Agostinelli – Freelance Writer, Producer &
Creative Development
Susan Agostinelli offers a plethora of experience in the TV, filmmaking, and DRTV communities. Her journey began at MTV collaborating on legendary shows Club MTV and Unplugged, writing for notable hits like Sex in the 90s. Gravitating towards a warmer climate, Susan left NYC for Los Angeles, venturing into the world of post-production - music videos and commercials at Propaganda Films. There she found herself in dark rooms for days with legendary directors Michael Bay, David Fincher, Nigel Dick and Mark Romanek. It was there she honed her editing skills while cutting Pearl Jam’s first video. From there she soared up the ranks to Executive Producer, overseeing music videos and commercials along with both feature and long form projects for Two Headed Monster and Original Films. In 1995, she formed the music video and long form division of Sunshine Filmworks, representing directors such as McG and Simon West. Together McG and Susan then formed G Entertainment where they produced award-winning music videos for Cypress Hill, Sugar Ray and Korn. Continuing as an Executive Producer, she oversaw and managed the multi-million dollar, award-winning, international music video company Squeak Pictures, where she oversaw music videos for Oasis, Britney Spears, Smashmouth and The Backstreet Boys. Susan additionally produced DVD and TV specials for Willie Nelson, Limp Bizkit, Jon Spencer Blues Explosion and Rage Against the Machine.
2004 had Susan living in London and representing US commercial directors for the European market, while also finishing two documentaries and creating television shows. On her 2006, stateside return, she sold her first solo pitch to The Tennis Channel, titled Change/Over. It became a sub-brand of the channel and was lauded by viewers. She then went onto In Motion Entertainment where she developed both scripted and reality shows.
Today Susan continues to develop and produce Reality TV while teaming with her colleagues at Raymond Entertainment. It is here at RED that her venture in Direct Response began. She continues to succeed, sharing her expert writing, producing and of course development skills with the team and clientele of Raymond Entertainment alike. |

Raymond Entertainment Joins Forces to Help those in Need
Los Angeles, CA— October 16, 2010 - The elite from the direct response industry gathered amongst family and friends at Shutters on the Beach in Santa Monica, California to celebrate the inaugural “Mobility Heroes” dinner benefitting the American Wheelchair Mission, and honoring a few very special colleagues. This event was heartfelt to all that attended as the American Wheelchair Mission is a non-profit organization that answers many dreams of those in need. Their goal is to deliver brand new, free wheelchairs and mobility aids to physically disabled children, teens and adults throughout the world who are without mobility or the means to acquire a wheelchair. And who better to understand that goal than the two gentlemen being honored, the evening’s “Mobility Hero” honorees, Beachbody’s Jon Congdon and Carl Daikeler. Without their passion, hard work and dedication the dreams of so many would have never been answered. Jon and Carl’s efforts have inspired so many, spreading the gift of giving to those in need.
Touched by Jon and Carl’s overwhelming dedication to the American Wheelchair Mission, the team at Raymond Entertainment, a leading direct response television creative agency and production center, welcomed the opportunity to step in and make this affaire a night to remember. Donating their time and expertise – the team at Raymond Entertainment joined forces with this amazing mission, creating a touching and memorable tribute video to honor Jon and Carl, the American Wheelchair Mission, and of course, to help spread awareness about this noble organization. Raymond Entertainment Raises Nearly $3,000 For L.A.’s Homeless Youth In Style
LOS ANGELES--On Friday, December 19th, 2011, members of the direct response and entertainment industries gathered along with family and friends for Raymond Entertainment’s 13th Annual Holiday Extravaganza. The event proudly raised nearly $3,000 for L.A.’s homeless youth. Over 200 guests were greeted by holiday carolers and a festive step and repeat before dancing the night away to a live DJ and live performances. Dancing courage was enhanced thanks to the hosted bar sponsored by Karma Tequila, Raphael Restaurant Studio City and VIvid Vodka. And guests did not leave empty handed; some of the industry’s favorite products were raffled off and each guest was given an individual QR code that linked to fun photos from the event. Raymond Entertainment is a leading creative agency and production center since 1998.
